This planning studio project brings students from University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota together in examining housing and transportation disparities in the city of Bogota and then proposing potential interventions. The full report is a collaborative effort from my teammates and me, and it encapsulates urban context, framework of analysis, and four key interventions: 1) Inclusive Futures, 2) Maximizing the Metro (a TOD proposal centering around the new Metro system), 3) Low-Emission Corridors (utilitzing the famous existing BRT corridor) and 4) Safety Improvements (both physical enhancements and sysmetic upgrades).

My personal contribution to this project centers around existing conditions analysis in the context section and the Safety related interventions, including some graphics shown below. Click the right side to view the full report in PDF.
